Ari Pakman

I am a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the IEM Department at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. I received my PhD in Physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My research is in deep learning and probabilistic machine learning, with a focus on Bayesian methods, Monte Carlo sampling, and amortized inference, with applications ranging from computational chemistry to neuroscience.
